Each rental is governed by the signed rental agreement handed over with the car. These terms summarise it; where the two differ, the signed agreement is what applies.

Driver requirements
Driver requirements.
The named driver must be 25 or over for supercars and 21 or over for the rest of the fleet, and must hold a valid UAE licence or a home licence together with an International Driving Permit. Only drivers named on the agreement may drive the vehicle.
Insurance and excess
Insurance and excess.
Comprehensive insurance is included in every rate. An excess applies per incident; the amount is stated on the vehicle page and on the agreement. The renter is liable for the excess, and for the full value of any damage arising from a breach of these terms.
Fuel, mileage, tolls and fines
Fuel, mileage, tolls and fines.
The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned full. The daily kilometre allowance is printed on each vehicle page. Salik tolls and traffic fines are billed at cost after the rental, without an administration fee.
Cancellation

Bookings may be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed handover.
